The apartment is located within an art deco building in the Parisian end of Potts Point.
Shortlisted as a finalist for the 2011 RAIA NSW Interior Architecture Award, the apartment has been successfully redesigned by Daniel Boddam-Whetham in a modern style to maximize light, views and space.
As the apartment is a small space of 56m² the main objective was to make a small space feel large. This was achieved by reconfiguring the layout to be open plan, strategically locating mirrors to bounce light and views so that the interior space appears to extend and continue.
